1. Subject of the services

The DepozitLogistic platform serves to connect real estate developers with transport and distribution companies in Romania, facilitating visibility of offers for industrial halls, logistics parks, and warehouses available for rent or sale.

Our services are limited to presenting information and facilitating contact. We are not a party to final rental or sale contracts and do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of listings.

2. User rights and obligations

Users (Space Providers and Buyers/Tenants) have the right to:

• Access public information displayed on the platform.
• Use the platform for the purpose of identifying commercial real estate opportunities.
• Contact other parties through the means provided.

Users undertake to:

• Provide correct, complete, and verifiable information in listings or requests made.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes or purposes that violate the rights of third parties.
• Not post offers for residential properties (e.g., apartments), as these are strictly prohibited.
• Understand that all subsequent negotiations and transactions take place outside the platform and are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

3. Limitation of liability

DepozitLogistic assumes no liability for:

• The content, accuracy, or timeliness of information posted by users.
• The outcome of any negotiations, contracts, or transactions resulting from the use of the platform.
• Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Changes in price, availability, or characteristics of listed properties, which are managed exclusively by the owners.

4. Termination of use conditions

We reserve the right to restrict or close platform access to any user who violates these Terms, especially by providing false information, abusive use, or posting inappropriate content (e.g., residential offers).

5. Modification of terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
